  • The new BREED COUNCILS Rules are valid starting from 01.01.2011. Check the new rules here

  • Applications to become member of the FIFe Korat Breed Council can be sent to your member club using the application form that you can find in the "download" area of this website. Deadline: Feb. 28th, 2011.

  • Added Korat kittens that achieved the title of Junior Winner (JW) - the page is the same of that of Distinguished Show Merit (DSM) Korats.

  • During the last FIFe General Assembly, held in Albufeira on May 24-25 2007, the Korat Standard has been updated.The new version can be read HERE - also available for download in the "download" section of the site 

  • During the same General Assembly, the article 2.6.3 of the Breeding & Registration rule has also been updated.More details can be found HERE

  • The Korat BC is happy to announce the institution of KORAT OF THE YEAR competition!All FIFe Korats are entitled to participate. Don't miss it! You can read the rules and download all the necessary papers HERE

  • The Korat BC is presently dealing with a proposal that, if accepted by the members will be forwarded to the relevant FIFe Commissions for the next F.I.Fe. G.A. in 2005. This proposal concerns the *overstamping* of Korat pedigrees according to their GM status. If you want to know more and contribute to the discussion, you are welcome to send comments to the BC Secretary or to join the mailing list for FIFe Korat Breeders at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/fife-korats.

January, 2004

  • The BC Secretary has asked the members to send their proposals/ideas for discussion. FIFe Korat breeders are also invited to join a new mailing list to discuss FIFe matters related to the Korats and to give support to the BC job.   • Names of Candidates as BC's Secretary for the next 3 years have been put in the Members' page

  • The F.I.Fe. Korat Breed Council Mailing List has been open to Members

  • The F.I.Fe. Korat Breed Council Website has been created.

September, 2003

  • Mrs. Elfi Kleive, from Norway, has been appointed by the F.I.Fe. Board as the Temporary Korat BC's Secretary.
